As an outside consultant, we can provide an objective and unbiased view of the technical assets and liabilities of the deal. We will work with the Teams of both parties to collect, analyze, and present the strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility of the technologies in question. We will work with the financial and legal Teams to ensure that the deal is properly analyzed for intrinsic value and possible liabilities.
